Shipping & Processing Information
*NOTE: Be sure to place your order early so it has plenty of time to make it to its destination.
Unless noted otherwise at the time you place your order, we SHIP all items within five to ten business days of receiving an order. The entire process of ordering your item, shipping, and receiving your item can take 2-4 weeks.
PLEASE NOTE: Carrier delays and other delivery methods beyond our control may impact the arrival time of your package and we cannot guarantee you will receive your item within our estimated processing time.
Taxes and fees on your order will be calculated during checkout. Some states charge tax on shipping and handling fees in addition to state and local taxes on purchased goods.

Shipping discount offers are valid only for standard shipping to locations within the contiguous U.S. and require a minimum purchase. Minimum purchase amount is calculated on a single order after any discounts are applied and exclude taxes and shipping charges. Standard international rates for shipping apply.
Backorder Notice
If your item is on backorder, you may still purchase it, and it'll be shipped when restocked. Please note that all backordered items have a delayed delivery time so please allow 8-12 weeks to deliver your backordered item.

If your order has not shipped within 30 days of purchase, you may choose to:

Continue to wait, in which case we remain committed to fulfilling your order within the following two weeks, or

You can request a full refund, which will be processed within 7 business days for cash/check payments or within one billing cycle for credit/debit card payments.

Orders Delayed Over 90 Days

If your order remains unfulfilled after 90 days from the purchase date, please contact our team via the Order Inquiry Form. A full refund will be issued using your original payment method—no action is required.
