Do you accept returns/exchanges/refunds?
All sales are final; this includes holidays sales, site-wide, product-specific flash sales, and items purchased using sales codes.

Please include your Name, Email, Sales Order number, PO Number, or Pack Slip number.

How long does it take for my order to ship?
Unless noted otherwise at the time you place your order, we ship all items within five to ten business days of receiving an order. The entire process of ordering, shipping, and delivering your item can take 2-4 weeks.
What happens if one of the products I ordered is missing/not what I ordered or is damaged merchandise?
We apologize for any problems that may have occurred with your order. Rest assured that we will rectify any missing or damaged items within your order. Please call directly at 1-800-247-4672, Monday through Friday 8:00 am to 5:00 pm Central Standard Time and we will assist you as quickly as possible.
What if my item is on backorder?
If your item is on backorder, you may still purchase it, and it'll be shipped when restocked. Please note that all backordered items have a delayed delivery time so allow 8-12 weeks to deliver your backordered item.

Do you ship international or outside the United States?
Yes, orders from outside of the 48 continental United States shipments are shipped via USPS.
Can I combine Discounts?
No. Only one discount can be used at a time and cannot be combined with other discounts.
What if my order hasn’t arrived yet?
We aim to fulfill all orders in a timely manner of two weeks. If your order has not shipped within 30 days, you have the option to:
Continue waiting (we’ll aim to ship within the next 2 weeks), or Request a full refund.
Please submit an Order Inquiry Form with your order details so we can assist you directly.
If your order is delayed over 90 days, a full refund will be issued to your original payment method — no action needed.
